Yesterday, as part of the ITQ Talks, HG Energy had the pleasure of hosting Jesús Barrio Hermida, Imperial College Research Fellow, for a presentation on his innovative work titled “Templated Synthesis of Single-Site Electrocatalysts with Microporous Materials.” Jesús, an expert in sustainable energy technologies, shared his research on developing single-atom catalysts for applications such as fuel cells and carbon dioxide conversion.
During the session, Jesús discussed the challenges in catalyst synthesis and the practical solutions that enhance their performance and stability. The presentation prompted engaging questions and lively discussions, reflecting the importance of these advancements in addressing global energy challenges.
